Sign up for a coaches account at http://athletic.net
Go to your team home page.
Click on edit athletes link at the top of your home page and be sure your boys and girls
rosters are current -- add any that are missing and deactivate any that are not
participating this season.
Go back to your team home page.
Click on the "info" link to the left of the Sparta Invite.
Click on the register athletes link and then put your kids in the correct races.
All high school athletes may be entered in the varsity race, but pick the red, white,
blue, gold, etc. correctly if possible from the attached list:
